Alright so I dropped my subframe to drop the tranny to change the input shaft seal since it was leaking. I just finished putting back together everything and I get these two warning signs. Can it be since my alignment is way off?

I'd say try resetting those DTC's and see if they come back. How way off is your alignment? Can you not Eyeball your toe and camber adjustments (i understand they wont be perfect, but they should be close enough to get you around for a 100 miles or so till you can get an alignment)?

I tried that. They go away but as soon as I start driving they come back on

IDK if the alignment has anything to with ur issue... Have you been able to read what codes it is throwing? That could point you in a better direction.
Have you checked the fluid reservoir in the trunk??

Have you bled the ACD? Steering Angle @0 +-3°???
And why did you drop the subframe to drop the tranny? There´s no need to.

Yeah, it sounds like you need to bleed the ACD.
Some people doing a clutch job will find that there is more room to work with when the lower subframe is removed. Its just a matter of preference. However, because the lower subframe was removed, the connection for the steering shaft was removed and probably put back at a different position, therefore causing your "alignment" to be off. Loosen that steering joint and reposition it to see if that corrects the steering wheel position.

Any more info on this topic? I just replaced my clutch, it was a PITA! Then the clutch MC popped, and I had to wait a few weeks for that part to come in. Now that I have it running again. I am getting the same pictures as the orignal poster. I am taking it in for an alignment tomorrow. Dose anyone have a link for the bleeding of the S-AWC system. I checked the resivor in the trunk and it was low. I topped it off, but still have the warning lights. any thoughts?

There is a little bleed nipple on the bottom of th transfer case if you did not bleed it after clutch swap that is your issue.

Those both can be caused by bad alignment. I broke my front cross-member once, and my alignment was wayyyy off, and I had both those errors. New member + alignment made it all happy again.

Taken out of context, there's something very dirty sounding about this post.
