So i traded in my car last month (2010 GSR) for a new 2010 SE. Very happy with the transaction. There was an arrangment included in the deal with having service take the mods off my car and and putting the old one back to stock because i wasnt about to like 7K in parts go out with the car for this trade in to happen. There was a small complication regarding one of the mods coming off the car but superman Mike K. (sales manager) fixed the issue and went above and beyond what i was asking for. That in my opinion is good business and it goes a long way with me. For anyone looking or considering any Mitsu in the tri-state area, PLEASE do youself a favor and go see MIKE K. at 46 Totowa Mitsu and talk to him. He has driven every evo since the 1st model, owned a ton, modded the crap out of them and is an active forum member as well as runs Tri-state evo i believe. Thanks mike.

Makes me want to do the same. I think my 2010 is a lemon with the amount of problems I've had with it. I gotta bring it in there again this Friday for a new noise, sounds like rear diff now. A ww SE would be cool, especially the 0% financing

More detail would make a better thread... Right now it just kinda says... "Yeah he was super awesome and did good stuff for me, go spend money there"

Jus sayin'

HAHA i almost bought your car with all the mods on it but then i just opted for a 2010 gsr new with the 0% financing I have to say it was a hard deal but Mike made it easier the guy I had a salesman was a moron he sold the car I originally wanted and didnt tell me when i called him and made me drive the whole way out their than he told me there were no more but then i ran into mike and low and behold they did have one Mike even called Sean Ivey while I was there on speaker phone and asked him to take car of me when i go to get tuned Mike KO is the MAN

well im not going to put all the details in the thread in case people from mitsu check this forum, id hate for him to get flack from higher-ups for helping a customer out like he did for me. In short, the shop wouldnt allow him to take the springs off my car (swifts) and i was pretty annoyed since theyre $300, so he gave me service coupons that well exceed $300 to make the situation right. Also, he did all the work swapping all my parts on the old car himself so i know it was done right.

as far as my purchase goes, i went from 5.8% interest to 0.9% which was really nice, got a new car, and have the SST which is incredible. No options in the SE, but it came with this interesting carbon fiber matting inside and out which i posted up pictures of. Options in the GSR were just SSS. I think i took a bit of a hit on the trade in, but hey its what i expected and now i get a fresh start with this car. NOT doing the turbo this time around...yet.

Hey Kevin, thanks for the kind words man! I like finding unique and interesting solutions for problems that come up. LoL. It was good seeing you yesterday in service and having our discussion on plastic sex toys. =X

On the real though, I'm going to call a rose a rose, and I know in the past that 46 Mitsubishi in Totowa has had their issues, but I've been here now for the past 2 months at a brand-new location under new management (ME!) and I'm making my way to instituting many changes to make it easier and much more hassle-free for Mitsubishi owners (you mean there's other cars that Mitsubishi makes other than the Evo???). LoL. Unlike a lot of other people in this industry, I consider this my career, and in any career if you want longevity, you gotta know how to do the right thing by people, so I wanted to come on here and thank Kevin and all of you whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with in the past and will be dealing with in the future. Mitsubishi is nothing without it's owners, and I'm not talking about the shareholders and 'sans' in Japan - I'm talking about all of you. And your constant support, through thick and thin, is greatly appreciated.

Hey guys. Thanks for the kind words. I'm no longer an authorized/elite merchant/vendor on here, but still the #3 dealer in the country. Thanks for all your support!
