I need to take my car in for some warranty repairs. From searching the forums it seems that everyone prefers Grand Mitsubishi, but the posts are old, is this still the best place?

Ive recently had my car at Libertyville, and that place was a joke. I work for a dealership myself and cannot believe that place is still in buisness with the way their service department is ran.

Also do any Mitsubishi dealership in chicago have loaner cars? Or has anyone had any luck getting Mitsubishi of America to cover rental car expenses?

no to grand and livertyville i guess .. bought my car frm livertyville too.. grand mitsu --- hell no! theyre one of the stealership in town..

Damn thats really far from me, but id rather drive far than have my car messed up or waste my time and be told theres nothing wrong. Are their techs any good? I guess libertyville only has 2 techs that even know how to work on Mitsubishi's and they both are pretty incompetent.

At max Madsen I find mark to be pretty competent

I spoke with Max Madsen on the phone, and they seemed pretty cool, but they dont have loaner cars so I will prob have to go to Grand. I hope it turns out better than my visit to Libertyville.

i would say call them first to make sure kyle is working. do you know when you will be going? was thinking maybe i could get my oil changed too so we can meet. i am driving from aurora though.
