One seat:
12 of Square washer (3/8" with 2.2mm thickness)
12 of M10 Washer
Bolts M10x40 (P1.25) 7T
Some type of adhesive
Tools

Remove the plastic cover, but because there is a nail on the top and in lower part, you have to expand it left and right and get it off. Otherwise it might snap off, don't pull too hard. Bottom structure of the other side can be removed by pulling forward.

As for the angular washer, you can adjust the quantity to your desired height level. Make sure the bolt is long enough to thread through.
In order for the square washer not to slip because there will be stress, paste them together with some sort of adhesive.
