I love the forum and think it works well but there is something that I think would be a neat addition to "thread tools." A subscription that would only show up in you CP when the OP made a new post. We have a load of build threads and it would be cool to only follow the updates. I get excited when I see and update and goto the thread just to see 50+ "sub'd" and "Can I haz? ROFL WAFFLES teh sex!!!111". Ya know?

Honestly, even if it's a "good idea", which I'll agree that it is, I don't think it's just a matter of "Oh, Dino agreed, and thus now it's an option!" The amount of flexibility on the forums is going to vary. I have no idea what options are available in the base package, nor what can be "programmed in", assuming they even have someone who can do that. Since the Forums are owned by a "parent company" now or something, they might have more resources.

However, let's boil this down: The only thing the "development team" should be working on is a mobile theme. The layout of the forum, with the recent topics on the side, make this just an ATROCIOUS place to visit on a mobile device. EvoM is WORLDS better.
