The brochure clears up a number of open questions:

Transmission choice: there is a 5-sp manual and the SST. And the SST has an auto mode we didn't know about.
Note the usual bracing and extra welds - and again the back seat won't fold down
Option of a "High Performance Package", which includes the Bilsteins.
Choice of two tires - the new Advan A13A (with the Performance package) and C.
Option of 2-piece rotors. We'd seen them on the final preview car.
2 wheel options, including on the top of the line BBS wheels.
The suspension is an "evolution" of the past suspension (adapted to the new body) - but with some updates. Compare the picture of the rear suspension to that of one of the older cars - there are some changes to the design of the linkage of the rear suspension.
Power isn't everything we'd hoped for... HP is exactly the same at 274 but torque increases to 311. But then this is just the first iteration of the X.

Nonetheless, it's very clear that we are on the verge of an entirely new era for Evo enthusiasts. The new car blows the old one away in sophistication and performance. Its a giant step forward... perhaps the largest forward step ever in the history of the Evo.

We knew about that before. Gotta pay attention to some of the older threads. ;)

Hmm, where did you see that?

Very cool.

We've discussed this to death before. There's no way it has only 274 at the crank.

Something makes me doubt that that's an evo.

It won't have 274hp.

LOL, correct....... :)

It'll have at least 300 if not 320hp !

Still makes you wonder why Mitsubishi are sticking with the now abolished 206kw advertising limit
