thats pretty cool, and it runs xp? call me stupid but how do you manage to get an internet connection while driving? do you have to use at&t's edge or something similar? seems cool though.

maybe they have a usb plug in the front of the unit... and you can use your cellphone as modem!

I know this thread is a year dead but I wanted to find out if anyone has used anything like this?

I'm looking to have a setup similar to the nissan GTR. I think I saw something similar in that HKS video.

I want to add some gauges(boost, wideband, scan gauge) so I'm either going to go with an in dash thing or have a custom double din gauge holder built.

i am using a car pc. just windows xp based. using evoscan and verizon usb for internet. I was using pcm scan until evoscan came out. i love it.

I've been looking at these for a while. Looks like a custom system can be built for around $800. It beats the crap out of a regular navi/dvd head unit.
