Lately we have seen too many people trying to hit the 50 post rule so I have a suggestion and would like to hear other peoples opinion on it.

1. limit actual post count to sections of the forum where a member would be giving or asking good questions. Example don't give someone a post credit for posting in Community, Member Contest, Merchant threads, Market Place, Regional/teams sections of the forum.

2. Some people do not post alot and that I can understand so lets say that after 3-6 months even if the person does not have the 50 posts they can then sell on the forum. Lets face it if we get a lurker on here for that amount of time and they want to rip someone off they can most likely do it very easily.

I agree with the time period. Evom has a 15 day minimum before posting in the F/S and vendor threads.

I like the sound of this. I haven't posted anything and I usually don't on forums unless need be; but this makes sense
