:wtfsign:
So i got under 40k in my EVO. My clutch started to slip, I would like advise, should i opt to get the stock clutch again, or get a fairly good but cheap after market part. I have no mods done to it yet.
You advise is appreciated.
I did find a Exedy stage 1 clutch for $500 on the AMS website.

thx
How do I order it, cant seem to find the link
With no mods and 40k on the original, I would just replace it with an OEM and save all the headaches like a CMC failure with a new setup, not to mention the additional cost vs just a new disc and TOB.

Does my car need a new clutch or is it just a TOB or disc or flywheel problem.
It starts fine, changes gears fine, but while I am already driving when I depress the gas the RPM's drasticlly raise before the clutch engages and the car actually reacts. It started a while ago and continues to get worse when i do drive my car. which i tend not to due hense the problem.
Has this problem happened to anyone else?
I would like advise before I replace the entire clutch and wasting money on shop time and parts.
Thanks evryone for your replies

Stock clutch blows, just go with a exedy stage 1, it's a better option and cheaper
