Its a nice day so i think im gonna clean the car up nice.Obviously wash and dry first but what should i do next in what order??? I have swirl marks in hood for sure so i bought this turtle wax rubbing compound for light scratches and swirls. Can i get the swirls out without a machine?? Can i just use good ol fashion elbow grease? Also id like to clay bar it as well. And then also wax.So should i do rubbing compound, then clay bar, then wax?? or what order?? Also any good reccomendations on a good wax? Ill be going to auto zone or advance auto parts for this.I would like to get away from using a buffer because ive never used one but if you think its necessary i can get one. Please specify for what applications would i need a buffer.sorry for insane newbiness on this subject.haha.thanks

Before doing anything, take some time to go through the relevant tutorials. Then, stop back and we can discuss your specific needs. Really, do yourself a big favor and don't touch your paint until you familiarize yourself with what's involved. The X's paint is very thin; there's little room for error.
