Hi, I am new here... Just got my EVO X last week and has been enjoying the ride...

Has anyone successfully changed the stock steering wheel to aftermarket one?

I have seen how to relocat the AWC switch, I know the boss kit is different from the EVO 9 which were using the allen key while the EVO X is still on the same center nut/spline.

Would the old version of boss kit fit the new EVO X now? If so, how to disable the airbag? What size of resistor should be used?

Was told that once the engine check light on from the air bag sensor, we need to bring back to agent to reset, is it true?

Any inform on this would be apprecaited.... GoodBoy

any link to the thread on relocation of the AWC switch? I don't want to just "stick" it on the aftermarket steering wheel, or just double-sided tape de sucker down somewhere....
That's the only thing holding me back from changing the steering wheel... any help would be very much appreciated (I'm a good boy too...hehehe...;P)

The how-to thread for installing bluetooth on the GSR includes instructions for relocating the AWC switch to the factory location in the MR. Part numbers are also included.
