Heard this on NPR this morning....

Some resiliant patients above average levels of the enzyme called APOBEC-3G (A3G) in their white blood cells. A3G fights infections. A structural biologist has joined the team to provide the first look at the A3G structure. This is an early step towards developing a new class of drugs to fight HIV/AIDS.

thats cool i hope they do come out with something.one thing that i know can cure it is that blue/green liquid that the barbers use.but it can kill a person if it were to be tested on a human.where i used to work before we had a spray that was used for the disifection of chemical tanks that would cure herpes but could not be used on a human subject.and if it was to be broken down it would not work.

I think you're confusing "cure" with "kill".

Hell, bleach will kill AIDS too, but you can't drink it. :(

well ok in the part that will kill the disease and all but it will also kill the human being.so in theory it would heal a person if was not deadly to humans.
