maverick_124 09-09-2008, 03:08 AM THAT damn vibration....not the one that is there RIGHT after you start going after its been sitting for a while....nooo the one that starts around 30 and get NASTY around 70 (up to 150 then the WHOLE cars shakes sooooo bad i let off) and i have no clue whats going on i have a BOOM coming from the rear end but nothing is wrong with it i can find anything wrong its pissing me off REALLY bad the dealer cant find nothing wrong i had 15 ASE ceritifed techs look at it (form my work) and none of them could find nothing at all wrong with my car...
any ideas about why my wheel is vibrating like a vibrator on steriods??
DVDee 09-09-2008, 03:49 AM As for the vibration during driving. I used to get it at around 70 and it would go away at 80 but would get really bad at around 100. That one was caused by the tires. Once I put more miles on them it went away. I don't have any other vibrations so I can't help you on that one but, with more information on it we can probably find the problem.
Balance your wheels is the only thing I can think of, since that's the most common cause of vibration and steering wheel movement at high speed.

but i found a leak in my rear diff where 2 lines in the back go in ill post a pic next time its on the lift (MAYBE tomorrow) and i found that my sway bar was extremely loose o nthe right side LITTERALY 1 thread away from loosing the nut on that side. so i hope to have fixed the banging noise and the vibration noise..
