Not to discredit the X but if you had the ability to tune A GTR or a X which would you choose to put more resources to sure you could tune a X but lets face it you tune a GT-R and have it set ready to go weeks after its release will just get more business.

It plays on the image of well funded business.

Also advise on which would be better for my needs with the clutch, I want a clutch that will last and not make any unnecessary noise. Also what is , in your opinion, the best flywheel to purchase, again I want something that will last longer and preform better than oem...

i dont think your allowd to tune a GTR i read some where that you have to sign a contract that you will not mod or tune the GTR please correct me if im wrong!! :D

I just wanted to no what is the difference between the blouch 2.0 and 2.5 and which one is better and also on the hsv manifold can you still use al the uicp and air intakes or do they need to be custom for the top mount?

The 2.5 Is a full ball-bearing turbo, and comes with a 20psi actuator. I'm not familiar with the HSV manifolds, but the dominator is made for stock location. If you change the location, I would assume the piping would need to be redone.
