If your feeling particularly mechanically inclined, it would be interesting to see if an evo X AYC rear diff could be adapted to an RA. It's probably not possible or at least not feasible, but I know a few Evo 8 and 9 guys that did an AYC conversion on their USDM's. RA front is open I believe as well as the rear, so a Torsen diff might be a good choice for autoX and track. The RA system is like the Evo X RS model sold in Japan and other non-US markets, that would be center ACD and torsen front and rear. The Torsen diffs are drop in from what I read. All added to shopping list. Just have learn more about Cusco`s and GEMS&Motec. Thanks for all info! | |
