We managed to restore most (if not all) of the user accounts that were lost in the crash. If you had an old user account and didn't sign back up since the database crash two weeks ago, please try signing into your account now.

what if we re-signed up, i obviously did the exact same name password, do i get my posts/ims back or what, great job overall though

I'm the one working with Dino to get the data recovered so just wanted to clear up how I know what I'm going to tell you before I tell it. :-)

If have/had an account working on this site before I ran the recovery process I would skip the old account in the database I was recovering from. So you'd just use the site the way you have been.

Later I will be working to update lost threads/posts. Not all will be recovered but a great many will be. I will attempt to link posts related to your account back to your account so hopefully nothing gets lost there. The same will be attempted with private messages after the threads/posts are done.

If you signed back up with the same username OR email, then your old account wasn't restored. However, when the new posts are restored, your posts from your old account SHOULD be reflected by your new account.

Yay they are back, i didn't feel like starting over again. Good job to whoever fix it. I sure hope the server people give you guys a discount Kooldino. I see post count and gone.
