i was just wondering how tough it would be to go from an MBC back to factory

It should be easy as long as you know what you did and saved all of the factory hoses.

as in ECUTEK or something?^^^ no. isnt there some sort of restrictor pill or something that i have to take out to install an MBC though? what about that

There are no restrictors, you just bypass the stock solenoids and put the MBC between the turbo and the actuator. It should be really simple (10 min) and shouldn't require any tools except a pair of pliers for hose clamps.
