I swear I saw something to this effect in another post or in an article but can't find it. Is this really an option in Evo X Nav/Info system?

What are all of the extra functions of the Nav/Info system?

it is an option but its more like a stopwatch. you have to hit start, then hit lap, then stop. It doesn't automaticallly keep track of it for you.

it has many interesting functions. like you can see how many satelites are tracking you, what the temperature and barometric pressure for the past day have been... but you probably won't use any except one:

if you go to Info, then Trip. you can see your distance driven since refueling. This is nice cause if your at all like me you take that distance/the amount of gas you fill the car with and you have your miles/gallon.

Thanks. I was hoping they tied in the GPS so that it knew when you returned to the starting point of your circuit and then automatically calculated each lap at a track day. Maybe someone will crack it to get that functionality.
