: What have you done to your car lately?
SATimko 10-12-2007, 12:10 PM I'll admit, I stole this idea from "the other place" and I noticed that Wagonator has it too.
We all do something to our cars everyday, even if it's just driving it. What have you done to yours today?
I removed the side mouldings from my P5 a few days ago and it looks alot better.
I started the Civic yesterday to move it out of the way. I need to get that car back up to speed.
Liquid_Ag 10-12-2007, 01:08 PM i drove my car yesterday :)
_Chris_ 10-12-2007, 01:47 PM Fuel pump is going bad on my car. Gonna change it out when I get back. Race gas is deteriorating my fuel system.
Last we I had installed KW variant 2 coilovers, Hotchkis front and rear sway bars, and a DC strut tower brace. I also ordered the first handheld tuner for the SRT8's made by Diablosport....thank God! I should get it in the next couple days.
Jackygor 10-13-2007, 06:20 AM I left some garbage in there just now.
Kooldino 10-13-2007, 06:22 AM Got a valid inspection sticker on it today. :)

The last thing I did to the GTO was clean the interior.
The last thing I did to the Miata was tear it apart, fixed some wiring, and started a new project with it for the new intake.
silvreclipse 10-14-2007, 04:40 PM stripped it completely interior and engine.been busy that why i was no here in 3 or 4 days.
_Chris_ 10-14-2007, 06:34 PM stripped it completely interior and engine.been busy that why i was no here in 3 or 4 days.
The Charger or Eclipse?
silvreclipse 10-14-2007, 06:53 PM the eclipse.the charger could use some less weight.i cant start tearing it just yet.but i have tought about it countless of times.i did took some things out at one point like the entire interior just left the driver seat.only for single track use.
k-lea 10-14-2007, 09:43 PM Today, I starred at the engine bay thinking of ways to cut off some pieces and moving some things around making way for the new ic.
AND I'm about to start tearing the carpet out. I don't know why I'm doing it, I just want to do it.

Got the need for speed? I do that sometimes. I'd stare at the engine bay and think "whats next?". I think Ill get a lightweight battery next.
k-lea 10-14-2007, 11:03 PM Haha, yea.
I've taken the car apart tons of times just to do it.
silvreclipse 10-15-2007, 01:58 AM Haha, yea.
I've taken the car apart tons of times just to do it.
hahaha same here.sometimes i do it to see how fast i can tear down the whole car.
Kooldino 10-15-2007, 02:39 AM stripped it completely interior and engine.been busy that why i was no here in 3 or 4 days.
Why did you strip it?
silvreclipse 10-15-2007, 02:48 AM Why did you strip it?
want to make it the fastest all motor dsm.not an expensive project so that what i'm going for.
if any of you know mark bullet he has the fastest all motor dsm it runs the high 13's.for a small power car its not bad oh its a 420a BTW.i'm not going to turbo it.but since there's no other car around to work on i'm doing this.
_Chris_ 10-15-2007, 11:22 AM I once stripped the interior of my car. Took off about 200 lbs. Ran the 1/4 in 12.008. Beat the previous of 12.214 with a full interior. Weight reduction works wonders!!!
miaturbo 10-15-2007, 04:59 PM yesterday I started welding a new turbo manifold :)
