I told them I couple of guys got it and she told me it might not apply to my car but im pretty sure it does cause it is the first few evos that landed at toronto. btw did you guys feel any different after the reflash??

thats exactly what happened to me, the dealer said they know nothing about it and i even gave them the memo number, and they said they knew nothing about it...so i was like wtf?

they knew about the reflash. There is only one tech there, and the shop is very small.

You might not need the reflash if you haven't experienced either of these problems:
1) Car stalling at idle, then possibly having the car stall again after starting it.
2) High RPM engine hesitation. While accelerating past 5k rpm the engine sometimes hesitates and stutters.
Tell the dealership that you had one of these problems and they should get you in for the update. Just saying to them that you want a reflash they'll probably want to know why. If you haven't had the symptoms they're probably going to say no and ask you how you know about their TSBs (which are typically only distributed internally).
