Anyone have any idea what they're looking to get inside that eo X within 1-2 years of ownership? cams, bov, exhaust, 2 step launch etc.

While you're at it, ditch those clamps and go with a T-Bolt clamp.

I've actually got constant torque pressure clamps to start with. I have a few Wiggins clamps also, but I want to make sure the piping diameter is correct.

Wiggins, eh? You don't mess around.

I like having the best at my disposal. Damn the costs.

I must say, I've learned that lesson over time when modifying cars. Do it right, do it once.

Highly unlikely you'll get any of that sort of gear from an Aust Mitsubishi dealer. Recommend you go straight to the Evo parts specialist ... Ryan at JustJDM. I got just about everything for my IX through Ryan, and will do the same with the X.

The ARC titanium exhausts are some of the highest quality units made in the Japanese market. I have one on my Evo VIII MR. ARC is famous for their meticulous titanium welding skills, as can be seen from the pie cut elbow bends they form. The welds on my ARC titanium exhaust are done the same way. Good thing they didn't post a price up for this yet. There would be eyes popping out of skulls if they did. =).

Let me give you some personal insight on what I think.

The 350Z ARC titanium exhaust is quite similar to this one...

Since this model appears to only be an axel back version (so far) I think it'll be priced right around the $2,000 range (not including EMS freight, which shouldn't be too much, as this thing weighs less than a bowling ball).

Wow. That much huh. I was gonna guess around 1500. Titanium doesnt come cheap.
Question: that car with the ARC exhaust is the 5MT right?

Not quite sure. The front grille is not chrome, so it does not have the high performance package/stylish exterior package.

It's definitely a GSR though. =).
