i did the road course/ school at etown this past saturday.. proly one of the best days ive had all year..

the track was cool.. it was my first time on a road course ( not the first time racing in general) so i cant really compare it to Lebannon or Limerock or Mid-Ohio...

but after payin the 225 regi fee which covers the whole session for the day, and a license to race on an open course day($125 afterwards)... it was soo worth it..

The road course is 1.35 miles, and a minimum of 40' wide, save for the 1,400 ft straightaway which measures 50' wide. Some highlights of the track include a 90 degree right turn, a 16 degree banked left turn, and a mini corkscrew.

its a pretty decent track...

you really fast in the corners, do you still break or open throttle while cornering?

cool. i've been there and would be scared to run my car on that track... no run-off room!

where did you sign up for that? did they give you any lap times?

Looks like you had a blast. But that little tC kept pulling away from you. I was at this track on opening weekend and it was extremely fun, I'm looking forward to going again several times next year.

nice. congrats on tracking. Not bad for the first time mate. Im sure you could have taken the TC. some of those corners were begging for the back of the X to be hung out ;)

that was my friend in the tc... he's turbo'd pushin 300whp.. we all kno how much our car puts to all 4 wheels...

but yea on the straights he was out, but i always caught him on the turns.. AWD FTW! lol
