Want to buy winter tires Yokahama IG20 245/45 R18. Would it fit to stock rims?

Yeah it will fit, the only difference is the sidewall will be a bit thicker/wider. The tire is the same width and height. 45 is the height of the sidewall. do a quick google search on how to read tire sizes/markings or try tirerack.com FAQ
