is there any tracks in south Florida that the EVO can go on legally lol. and i am talking about road courses not drag strips...or is the nearest sebring and dont that need a special license??

Check here for local events near you. You don't need any special license to do a HPDE. Just check all of your fluid levels, lug nuts, brake pads, flush your brake fluid, pay your entrance fee, and come with a great attitude.

i jsut looked on there and there is nothing at all in florida for the next year lol
