: My Mitsu Dealer Is STUPID
LancerGTS 05-31-2007, 03:58 PM Ok I blew the sub and it has been like a week or 2 now. So I called for the update and I spoke to the parts manager and he says he had no idea that I came in and that I needed a new sub. Ok this is where my eyes rolled back and I got REAL pissed but I kept my cool, They are just NOW sending out for it. They are giving me a free trunk matt and a license frame. Im gonna be one pissed off SOB if that dont get fixed in the next 2 weeks. *******s:mad:

Reveers 07-02-2009, 01:46 AM nice!
boostin20 07-05-2009, 03:45 PM It definitely shouldn't take that long to resolve that issue. Boo on them.
Charlysinister 10-11-2009, 12:25 AM lol @ trunk mat and license frame. Two things I immediately remove from any sport vehicle I've owned.
NJEVOXGSR 10-11-2009, 12:38 AM ^ Ok why the hell would you remove the Trunk Mat? Or even the license frame? are you to bad ass to have a lancer trunk mat?
bradze 10-11-2009, 12:40 AM true, with mitsubishi dealers you never know.
bradze 10-11-2009, 12:42 AM excess weight behind the rear axle usually isn't a good idea. not to mention any little thing helps when you have a miata sized trunk.

I wish my trunk was the size of a Miata, that would solve a lot of problems...
NJEVOXGSR 10-11-2009, 12:47 AM ^ Dude its a trunk mat, which weighs if anything 2lbs, you can shit out 2 lbs easy if your that desprete to lose overall weight.
im just still shocked from the original posters comment
bradze 10-11-2009, 02:35 AM ya, you're right, im just thinking of all the shit in the trunk, not just the mat.
ShopFlossy.com 11-11-2009, 06:14 AM Thats super funny lol

I worked in the car business for a couple years. If you want to get the royal treatment speak to the service manager and simply ask for the mailing address to the owner of the car dealership as well as for Mitsubishi corporate so you can write a formal written letter of complaint to both parties to let them know about the service department lack of attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism.
Be very firm (not rude) but firm while speaking and I will guarantee you will get a lot more that a license plate cover.
Xtremepayne 05-13-2011, 11:59 PM They are giving me a free trunk matt and a license frame. *******s:mad:
And they both will be free advertising for them...Both will say Longwood Mitsubishi. I say that because my license plate frame says Lithia on it, which is the Ford Dealership I bought it from. Thought I would bring that up if you hadn't already thought about it. That way you can get them to get you one that doesn't say that.
As far as contacting MMNA, I did when I had an issue that was getting pushed off because of an old dealership going out business, for Mitsubishi. They stayed a Subaru dealer. However that left me out in the cold with a warranty issue. I had to wait 2 months but it was worth the wait. MMNA made sure the new Mitsubishi dealer got my replacement base model as quick as possible. New deck works great. MMNA did make it right. Call them.
Had to go copy this from an old post that KT13 left me when I needed to contact them. Here is that info
