Ladies and Gents,
I just wanted to make everyone aware that the staff and I have come up with a Merchant Dispute Policy.
In a nutshell, it's a policy that we put in place to help consumers get what they paid for, and mediate between an unhappy customer and our Approved Merchants.
We feel that this policy is good for both Approved Merchants and their customers, as it will allow the merchant to make things right with a customer. Meanwhile, it should minimize any exaggerated claims from a customer who is only interested in damaging the reputation of the business.
Please take a moment of your time to familiarize yourself with the policy in the event that you may need our help resolving an issue in the future.
