I am planning on getting bon jovi tickets for a christmas present.
When 2/21
Where Milwaukee at the Bradley Center
How Much $47.50 - $129.50
Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 am, but there is an internet presale today at noon.
My problem is, how do I get a good seat?? because i never have luck with ticketmaster. I have tried checking the most expensive seats for other shows, then checking the cheapest, and the seats are very close to each other, making it not worth it to pay the extra money, ya know?
Any advice?

I've done a couple different things to get good seats.
#1 There's usually an internet pre-sale club that you can sign up for thru the artist's website to get good seats. I do that for Trans-Siberian Orchestra
#2 Ebay, but be prepared to get raped (only if bidding wars begin since it's technically illegal to ask for more than face value)
#3 This happened when I went to see Van Halen. We bought tickets the day they went on sale. Got ok (at best) seats. The day of the show, we checked ticketmaster's site to see what was available, and there were better seats available still.
I think it's all a crap-shoot honestly, but those are my insights.

well, there is an AMEX internet presale at 9 am, and radio staion internet presale at noon... I don't have AMEX, and I can't use the g/f's without giving away the surprise... ya know?
oh well, I will just see what I can get.
The real question, how much to spend?? I am willing to spend the $129.50 + fees each for the tickets, if they are good seats, but if I can get the same seat for $47.50, why spend the extra.

correction, cheapest seats are $63 dollars. and the best floor seats availible are the last row, still 129.50 + 13.8 + 2

I'm assuming the show will be in a stadium?
A few shows I've seen were in the mid levels on the sides, rather close to the stage. You still see everything on stage, just not dead on. Not always a bad spot either.

nope those as $150 also, until you get towards the back of the lower level, then they are ~$120
But I can get 2 front row center for $2004
