The MR gearbox will probably not handle it though.
I guess the car is about 370-380 hp with the cobb stage 2 and 400 or something is maximum for the gearbox if I have understood it correctly.
The only thing limiting you with the MR is the Trans. There are several members on this forum that have over 400 whp on stock clutch packs. Do some research. Check out Jeremy@SSP. He has a ~530whp MR.
When they say that the car has 295 hp from the factory, is that on the crank or on the wheels?
I'm mainly going to use my car to have some fun on nürburgring. This track has so many corners that I think its more important to have a good grip than a hell lot of hp.
I'm going to the track tomorrow. Maybe I will post some videoes from the vbox when I get back. Noob in action!
It's 620 american miles (100 european) to drive from where I live.
I'll post some videoes when I get back so you can see how you should not drive a car on the track
I hope I don't crash tho, an evo costs 120.000 usd here :|
Government takes over half of the money as a "luxury tax".
Stupid f.... norwegian government. Same in Denmark too.
Be glad that you live in the US, even though you are far away from a very fun track
Why go with Cobb? Cobb is so restricted.
$120,000USD for Evo? That is crazy. lol In Malaysia and Singapore, EvoX GSR is around $85,000USD. But of course, they have the MR interior with stick.
College is often free as well. I've had this conversation many times when I've visited Europe--they perceive us as rich due to our incomes but then I tick off the list of things that I have to pay for out of that check.
