As far as function, I feel it helped balance the downforce with the Aeromotions rear wing and the front of the car when paired up with the APR carbon lip which is similar in size to the factory SSS aero piece. The only trick is that you need to drill a few of the holes in the APR piece a bit wider and drill extra holes so that you can reach all the mounting clips. if you don't want to waste any time, go out and buy 15-20 M6 metric stainless steel bolts that are ~10mm longer so that it can mount over the APR lip without threading hassles.

You're looking at 375 for the panel and another 130 for shipping. Try calling Speed Circuit or Kaizen Tuning....I think they have a couple in stock and since they're on the east coast it's probably going to be a little cheaper.
