Known Good Unit-
I guess if the vitals have been checked and verified ok- the only thing left to do would be to scope both cam and crank sensors on the stroker at idle and say 3500rpm then compare findings to the same test on your car. At this point I would just turn off the P0300. You still have your p0301-4 to watch out for legimate misses. In my experience with a p0300 by itself there is usually a single cylinder miss code to follow if there is truly a problem. I would confirm though that turning it off doesn't mess with the individual cylinder codes. Maybe unplug an injector and let it idle for a while warm and see if the mil flashes and codes that cylinder. Quote:

I'd agree. However, the only time I actually had a P030x code that was cylinder specific it was very obvious there was an issue.

Seperate train of thought (might help, you never know). When I slapped in FIC 1100's I was getting 0304 all the time (and I mean ALL the time). Yes I know that is cylinder specific, and you have an over all issue (0300).
I tried moving aroud injectors, spark plugs, etc. What finally solved it was the injector scaling. I could even hear the difference in the idle tone (rough vs smoother), but see if less head room (i.e. a higher scaling number) will help at all?? EDIT: If it's a stroker, there is a longer time between strokes; slow down the frequency to try and time it with the spark/stroke? Does that sound logical (I'll admit, grasping at straws a bit on this one)?
