I never had a problem with p0300 unless my idle was dipping real low at startup. I set my idle rpm to 1050 with the gsc s2 on e85 with 2150's. Well I cant say i never had the issue but i would run for a month or 2 without issue. 4b12 crank

97mm 4b12 crank
twin plate clutch with some wanka flywheel (not light, just chromoly)
e85 + fix2150's
900 rpm idle

i have thrown P0300 maybe 5 times, usually on light acceleration around 2500rpm, usually its because its too lean and its actually a real misfire.. which i can feel

people have different opinions, mine is that P0300 is symptomatic of a misfire, misfire is usually caused by lean condition... lean is bad mkay...
