Nah, ACT clutch, not abused at all. This did it on the stocker also.

Well, more like felt. I've been saying I feel like sometimes I feel a vibration when accelerating HARD. If it's part throttle it's fine. But, I just got coilovers which could be just making me feel the shitty NJ roads more. Keeping an eye on the tach, no slip under WOT, and the speed still climbs very well. Did it *just* start for you?

No, it does it anytime regardless of weather. I thought it may be tune as well......see first post. It would seem to me though, that tune is basically RPM related, so why smooth in third revving vs. rough in 4th revving? Engine should not know the difference?? This is what makes me think transmission. Gear is too steep or load is too much or drive line vibration in fourth?
Like the other guy said, at partial throttle, no issues at all.

When did u put in ur new clutch? Did you put in a new flywheel or used ur old one? If ur using ur old flywheel it could be the flywheel from the wear, hot,uneven spots.
Mine did the same thing till I installed a new flywheel Sent from my SCH-I535 using AutoGuide.Com Free App

Well, I did reuse the stock flywheel......SHEP TRANS did it about 18 months ago (resurface flywheel) and saw no issues with the flywheel.
Still not sure why 4th only and not third? You thinking fourth is creating more resistance and causing vibration? I know a guy with the original stock clutch and flywheel and his does the same thing? This made me think possible drive line vibration? I thought about swapping bushings but won't that just bring more vibration and noise into the car? Also, what about motor mount? Shudder under the heavier load and more resistance causing it to resonate under strain? I have no RPM rise from slip, if that is what you are thinking?
