Try to follow the deep scrub directions again posted above. Thats what tactrix sent me as well when I had the same problem. Make sure you go into add/remove programs and delete everything and all the drivers related. When you install ecuflash, make sure you allow both drivers to install, it will open 2 separate wizards to install both drivers.

If it doesnt work again, call tactrix and they may replace your cable.

I thought I should post evoscan also doesn't work, when I click "Start Datalogging" it pops up with a message saying something along the lines of "Openport 2.0USB cable not responding. Please replug this and try again."

So if that's the case it's not ECUflash that's my problem it's the drivers or the cable? I will say that when I plug the cable into the cars port it cycles through the colors like normal. Anyways back to square one.

Try asking Hamish at EvoScan. I know he has remoted into computers to help. You might need to open a ticket on EvoScan.com.

Get a different laptop and install Ecuflash in it. If it works, the problem is in your laptop. If not, it's probably your Tactrix.

Yah, I'm going to buy a new laptop for Black Friday so hopefully that will fix this issue.
