Might be stupid question, but what's an O2 dump?

Don't go cheap on parts... there are tons of threads here with great information. Read for a couple weeks, then re-read it all over before you purchase anything.

Enjoy your car stock while you learn about what parts you're interested in.

I might have some quality bolt ons for sale soon I'm going full build within the next couple months, and some might be changed out to support built motor/new turbo.

Thank you EvoXNate, but I was planning on ordering/buying something within the next couple weeks. Just doing more research on brands and such before I commit. I am trying to work with a budget on the three main components I am shooting for but I have a bunch of extra cash that is screaming "BUY MORE" to me lol. TB exhaust, programmer, and CAI are my main things but I am also going to do boost gauge and little stuff like that.

IMO a good first set would be the following:

1) AMS Downpipe
2) High flow cat or test pipe
3) Catback of your choice
4) Short ram intake (AMS, MAP, etc)
5) 3 port boost controller
6) Boost gauge
7) Wideband
8) Upper intercooler pipe
9) Cobb AP or Tactrix cable
10) GOOD TUNE <--- cannot stress this one enough. Skip one of the above items if you can't afford it, don't skimp on the tune or just skip the tune completely

not to be a dick, but there's a lot of information here for a reason. just start browsing each subsection - the threads worth reading are still on the first 3 pages (if not stickied). simple as that

and people also put some effort into making a build thread for others to read and learn from

the forum isn't a help desk. you probably got overwhelmed because 90% of the shit that came up is another thread just like this one

Why the Cobb AP? If I am going to take it somewhere and have it tuned doesn't that negate needing the AP?
