You can feel however you want to feel...You can call whoever out you feel like you need to...will that get you a response you want so bad? Probably not, but I can tell you there are only 3 "suits" as you call it, who have the power to ban someone...Ask them why? I have no idea why he isnt banned, I do know why IKT was banned. I have no idea why pounder was temp banned...except for his comments to Dino perhaps.

And honestly if you really look at everything...Dino doesnt have to come out and say why he does what he does...He runs this forum, he does what he sees fit. Legitimately though if you ask him he may tell you. That would be my suggestion.

You're right. Dino, and any administrator has NO obligation to tell anyone what they are doing or why. It's their perogative. It's his call to ban pounder for some silly posts, but keep Chaz17 active even though he took money from people, mis-represented himself, and has not returned money owed.

Does it leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth?
Absolutely.

Will tarnish the integrity of the site?
Definitely. It's been totally trashed for me, personally.

Will it have repercussions in terms of the overall popularity of the site?
Maybe.

Should it?
I hope so.

Trust me it does leave a bad taste...your absolutely right it does. I hate, and I mean hate seeing guys get ripped off in any way. I would love 5 minutes alone with people who rip people off.

That is why I was so involved in it...because I want to help these 18 guys get what they need back.

Every single site has merchant issues or member issues...will it tarnish this forum? Maybe for a while, but not everlasting.

This site is popular, so are others, and like I said it will tarnish this site for a little bit perhaps, but overall the rep here wont be destroyed over 1 incident.

Should the sites rep be tarnished for it? People wont even be thinking of this incident a year from now, or atleast I would hope not, since there are bigger and better things that are going to be happening. This is simple...a bad business deal, its happened before and Im sure it will happen again...But were still here and we still have thousands of members that log on everyday!

And the members who are "actually" involved in it...meaning the guys who lost pillars and money can tell you that I have been nothing but helpful to them in answering the over 100 pms in less than 4 days Ive recieved from them. I have no reason to lie to them about anything. Its just unfortunate now that I cant do as much as I want to do for them. All I can do is steer them in the right direction...And I have done that...Ive told guys to file their paypal claims, and then put an order in with Sean to get a forever driven pod.

I have zero affiliation with IKT or Chaz or even Sean@DSG.

I am not sure I understand what you mean.

So chaz is your problem with the pillar pod fiasco right? I think it is from the pm's ive recieved from you...Who is the we you spoke of? Like I have stated before the forums staff isnt responsible for what merchants do or dont do. All we can do now is try to help you with it.

And as far as continuing on...His merchant status is revoked...so he cant conduct business here anymore...so how would it continue after this pillar pod scenario? If your referring to future merchants doing that, then you will have to refer to the paragraph above where the staff isnt responsible for that, as stated by Yungster and Dino the admins of this site.

All other issues aside from this, the question is why hasn't Chaz been banned. You may have no control over any other part of this nonsense, but THIS you do control and it is bizarre. The mods will throw out a ban for anything BUT completely destroying 18 peoples pods and forcing those people to do payal disputes to hopefully retrieve their funds. Why is Chaz not banned, what is the reason? THIS is what we're asking.

I've already posted Dino's explanation on the "official" thread that was deleted. Chaz's unban is temporary as to observe how he resolves the situation and to facilitate communication with his customers. IKT was permabanmed because he backed out of the agreement he made with Dino and Chaz.

I am only posting what was posted by Dino himself. There are no witnesses to that conversation except the participants themselves. You probably dismissed my post merely because I am in NEEVO and therefore cannot possibly be objective.

refer to the previous posts where I stated only 3 mods have the ban power. If i could ban people I would tell you. I can only control certain parts of this forum. I am on a leash as IKT put it back in the day. I can handle the non merchant marketplace, and the general section thats it. You guys have to understand not all mods here have "Dino" powers.

And again refer to my previous posts...Ask those 3 mods who do have the power why he isnt banned? I dont ask why people are banned and why they are not...I look at it like this...I dont make that decision, so it doesnt concern me. Thats why I dont ask why he is banned and why he isnt banned. Its not my concern.
