Unhappy Depo headlights retrofit

Hey guys,

has anybody done evo x deop headlights retrofit? im planning to do that. here is the housing i got

314-1142PXUS2
This is the ebay link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2008-2011-La...10553696644%26

want to get EvoX-R projectors from theretrofitsource.com, but wondering if it requires any cut or not. basic dont really want to cut or mod the headlight housing.

you didnt read it did you? its about buying depo's and having TT retrofit them with better projectors and any custom work you want. IMO, dont waste your time and money if you dont have any experience with them. TT's prices are great for the customizibility and finished product.

if you insist on doing it yourself theres plenty of how-to's onn headlight retrofits (maybe not evo headlights, but they exist)

Depo headlights retrofit

I bought depo non-SSS lights for my retrofit, the gaps between the bumper and the headlight were a little bigger than with the stock lights, nothing major though

Depo headlights retrofit

I read that thread long time ago. Was thinking abt getting that from TT.

The price from TT is not too bad. But also not too cheap.

The housing I bought was 300.
The projectors will be 150.
Other stuff together can't be more than 200.

That's why I decided to do it myself.

My only point is fucking anything up puts you over TTs price. He does it right, with any customization you want, the seal correctly, projectors are aligned correctly, etc. Im all for DIY but cracking headlights i wouldnt do.
