Hi, my car is missing the two silver knobs and ridged adapters that go on the vent flaps for the two inner vents that are removed when the radio surround comes out. My car didn't have them when I purchased it and it's driving me insane to stick a screwdriver in there to adjust it each time.

Try mitsubishiparts.net. You can figure the part number out there.

I wouldn't be surprised if you have to buy the whole head unit surround just to get the vent knobs.
