Time to change brake pads.

I got 14K miles on my MR, time to replace brake pads, do i have to change the rotors also or just "'turn" them, btw front rotors have a crease on the outside radius, i use the car as a daily driver so if you have any suggestions on what rotors to use, if needed, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm gonna use these for front pads:

Hawk HB453F.585

and these for back:

Hawk HB615F.535 if necessary.

Thank you!

Just curious, do you track your X? I've got 24k on mine and they're still pretty meaty.

It's a daily driver now avg 40 - 50 miles per day, before much less 12 -15 miles, i do drive it in sport mode most of the time thou, cos' iz phun.

I appreciate the input on pads but, what should i do with the rotors "turn" them or buy new ones?

Alright i'll take'em in to be turned and they'll tell me if it's doable.

Thank you for feedback.

:yeahthat:

sometime it can't be done, but at least explore that route before spending extra money on new ones. Unless they are really warped you should be good though.
