Had a blast with this combo, enough to merrit considering it for myself!!

Subject vehicle:

Evo X Gsr
Fp Red stock wg actuator
Cosworth Cams
Top Level Performance built motor with Manley Pistons and rods
Top Level Performance uicp
Aem Intake
Electric cut-out
Act clutch
Hallman Boost controller
E-Spec Tuned ecu
93 pump gas
27psi falling to 22

Monday night was a mission. After the 5 day turn-around on the build, we were ready to get hauling!!

"Master Dread" working his magic on the motor,,,

Quick Sponging!!

And strap-up....

439hp

At this power level/ weight, this car should dip right into the 11's in the high teens.

Now we know for sure the limit of the STOCK FUEL PUMP. There just wasn't enough gusto to safely continue to make power. A fuel pump was added yesterday, and along with a few other mods coming shortly, this evo X shold be putting down enough to haul the portly X into the 10's!!!

clean build.... looks like a great shop too :) congrats, post up more number with the upgraded fueling.

Did you guys go with a double pumper set up? or single?

thanks for sharing. please confirm what you think the WHP limit is for the stock fuel pump.. 420WHP?

Thanks for the positive feedback!!

I think I'd be ok to 400hp, but for the cost of a fuel pump it's better to be safe then sorry.

We're looking for 500+ on pump the next trip to the rollers.

Thank you Sir!! Take your time and enjoy the machine in the meantime!!

Mr Erkel, can i install fp red on stock internals at 25 psi? would i make 400 on your dyno with red and full boltons?

As long as you have enough injector and an upgraded fuel pump, 400hp is a piece of cake for a FpRed on an Evo X.
