I can't decide between the journal bearing 5858 .63 or .82 turbine housings. My street/strip Flex fuel 2010 Evo X MR has 96k miles on the stock turbo and I'm sure the stock manifold is cracked from the exhaust smell coming out of it. The SST clutches will be replaced soon with clutches that can handle as much or more than the stock block can handle. I'd like to keep the stock block running as long as possible without building it but realize it's not long for this world at 96k already. Eventually I'll have a MR with built SST and built engine with this 5858 MAP turbo kit. Is the .63 turbine such a choke point that everyone is getting .82 and I shouldn't even be considering a .63?

Mods: 3" Ultimate racing mini muffler test pipe, 3" Cat back exhaust, UICP, FIC 1100 injectors, AEM 320 with MAP install kit, Tephra V3 flex fuel.
(I realize current pump and injectors are probably too small for 5858 also)

I suggest the .82 A/R. The spool difference between the .63 and .82 is like 50 rpm, so the .82 is a better choice.
