hey ! my passenger front side rotor is loose. i'm guessing its supposed to be loose when i take off the tire. But when i was driving i heard like a squeak noise. sound like when you have new break pads. but i'm not hitting the break. obviously when i hit the breaks the noise goes away because the brake pad holds the rotor in place.
so basically what I'm concerned about is the noise its making.
if you have any input please let me know thank you in advance!:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:
stock brakes always apply a little brake pressure even when you are not braking, so the pad is always sandwiched between the rotor and piston. The squeaking you hear is the pad rubbing against the pistons. If it bugs you, get some CRC Brake Disc Quiet (red goo stuff) and put it on the back of your pads.
i will check that out in the morning didn't have time today.
thanks!
