X still wins from a dig up to about 120..thats where he started to catch me and i let off. This was the AWD R/T version...keep in mind we went to a closed road to do this "experiment" I only had an ETS intake and UICP on stock tune at the time though. Im sure with the mods in my sig it'd be a diff story now..Guy was totally cool. Just told me at the end of the night to slow it down because "i wouldnt want to hit any prostitutes walking around out here" Totally changed my perspective on cops.

Happened to me a long time ago.. I was cruising down NJ turnpike then this guy in a passenger seat of a honda accord had his windows down and half of his body sticking out and taking a video of my car for at least 30 secs while doing 50mph.

I immediately slow down and get in the right lane thinking "oh fuck here we go" The GTO was in the far left lane but kept going, so naturally, the cop pulls me over.

This young maybe mid 20s officer walk up to the car and says "did you know that guy?" I told him i didnt and explained the situation. The officer acknowledged me and asked for license and registration and walks back to his patrol car. Then he comes back about 5 mins later and asks if i knew how fast i was going. I told him i didnt and was just gonna accept the rape. He told me i was going 92 in a 55 and the other guy was going 79..."but what i really wanna know is WTF is under your hood?!" with this huge grin on his face. I popped the hood, we talked for a bit...long story short i got to race a Charger patrol car that night. No ticket, no warning thats my best story so far.

That is a pretty kick ass story.
