damn.

So when you say you test it by swapping it. what you mean is you swap the relay and then see if your highbeam or drls or whatever actually work properly?

I'm gonna have to check this tonight!

I think if you swap relays and your fuel pump relay is bad with the car off the DRL's stay on. I think thats what I read a couple days ago, but now I am having trouble finding the information again and I just woke up.

And yes, the horn relay = fog light relay = DRL relay = Highbeam relay = Fuel Pump Relay

Isn't it possible to just get a BOSCH relay, lets say 30 amp. And then get a the male spades insert those in the fuse box, run a 12-14ga wire from those spares to a set of female spades that connect to the Bosch Relay?

Female Spades

Male Spades

Wire

Bosch Relay

Just and idea to throw around, all relays work the same.

Would this relay work with no problems? I mean didn't the MR588567 supercede the MR122409 for a reason?

I am hoping that its just a bunch of bad relays out there. This would suck if we have to replace it all the time.

I'll check mine later tonight to see if I have a bad relay.
