This is the moment we have been waiting for at SSP. We have been talking with John over the last several months about installing SSP transmisison parts in the EVO SST MR. This is great news for anyone that wants to upgrade their transmissions.

John has the first of 2 EVO SST's at his facility now. He has the second scheduled shortly. John is going to be doing the full clutch upgrade packages, as well as the SSP front transmission cooler package.

We will be posting up pictures of the progress from start to finish.

Wow, shep had a change of heart eh kris. I remember when he said he couldn't be bothered with the sst.

At the time, it was new to everyone. John was very busy building other DSM transmissions, and it was hard for him to take on a new project. Now that there is starting to be a demand for it, he is setting aside time for R&D.

If anyone in that area wants to do a build on the SST transmission, John said give him a call directly at 330-832-2366.

On their website, it says the 5-speed manual can be built to race spec. The SST can be built for Rally...?

I wish he would volunteer to do a build on my gsr tranny lol. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

I'm setting that appointment up later today.... Pick up from Buschur Monday.... Drop at Sheperds sometime after that....
