I did get the center part of my bumper painted matte black. There was a very minor fitment issue which was dealt with. One of the parts was touching the headlight, so the body shop recommended that I shave it just a bit so that it doesn't cut into the headlight fixture from vibrations. Besides that it fits very well, especially for an aftermarket bumper. The service manager said that he usually doesn't do any aftermarket parts because the ones he's done have been nightmares in terms of fitment, so he said this one fits very well.

Another thing... I always thought Phantom Black was a pearl paint? Apparently it's just a metallic.

Oh, and the SM pointed out that the rear bumper section is purplish when looking at it from an angle. He said that's because it's probably plastic, and paint on plastic looks a different color because of the static created from it. Good thing I have a new rear bumper anyway going on in the spring
