Yes will fit right any 3 inch catback exhaust so will fit the CNT exhuast. Take your car to a shop that has a lift you just got the mid pipe installed not correctly. There is only 4 ways you can installed the mid pipe so before you try one position make a mark on the pipe all position will fit but one position will fit the best.

This use a 76mm 3 inch flat flange I know HKS and greddy like to use those 70mm piping but this will bolt right on. Bolt location holes are the same but one pipe is 76mm and the other is 70mm.
