i did all this research , since the Dia-Queen cost in israel 110$ for 1 L ,
and the same fluid cost in VOLVO or FORD 28 $ for 1 L !

I havent check the prices yet, but I hope this is the case here in the US

I dont know about the difference in USA .
If the fluid price in israel was 115$ for 4 L like in USA , i was not do all this research .

But 110$ for 1 L , its a scandal and its mean , that 6 L cost 660$ !
And all this before 220$ for filter , and all that not include 100$ for work and also , add to all this 16% V.I.T .

i other word , the fluid replacement will cost in israel : 1,137$ !!!

And i"m not start to talking about flash.....

Its only fluid , not Gold !

Cool find, but still a lot of questions. Going to try and compare technical specs of the Mitsu SST oil to the Ravenol.

For those of us in the USA it's around $100 to buy 8L from Germany, no idea what the shipping would be like or if it is even possible. Unfortunately no North American distributor.

What I am not sure about stating is that the fluid from Ford or Volvo is the same as the Ravenol, this has to be proven somehow. The Ravenol website states it's compatible with all the makes, but does that mean all the makes different oil is the same? They are different colors.

Not saying it's untrue that they are all the same, but so far the only thing I can concretely say is that the Ravenol is compatible, according to their website. It is a lot cheaper than Mitsu.

Some old marketing blurb that references BOT 341, Getrag/Ford joint venture, etc. Looks like this was written back in the "development" phase.

the color of the fluid is brown , and i checked it facing the OEM , and its the same .

of corse , with so expensive gearbox , like the SST i dont want to do any foolish mistake

So there is only two fluid that mentioned specific for the SST , the OEM
Diaqueen sstf-1 & Castrol BOT 341 .

There is also FFL-3 (made for Porsche PDK) and FFL-4 (made for BMW M series DCT) that would work well for heavy duty applications (track, etc)
