Not hard if you're mechanically inclined. A few notes:

  1. Use a high quality RTV (such as threebond) where the timing cover meets the head
  2. Allow RTV to dry for at least 4 hours before driving
  3. DO NOT OVER-TORQUE THE BOLTS

bump for a great mod... can you do the cover in Rotor Glow orange? Only issue I see is me being in Canada taking a shit kicking in shipping etc with this. Prolly easier and cheaper to go local.
