Yes get them. My 2011 only had the grey relay updated...all the other 4 were the very first black ones.

This is why I tell my customers to just order the entire package even if their current old style relays are fine. For 65 bucks it's worth it having them on hand cause you just never no when one's going to fail.

My Evo has 3 green and 1 black fuel relays, but a grey MFI relay. Do I only need to pick up the 4 new black relays or should I also pick up another grey MFI relay?

I would definitely suggest getting the new relay package just to be safe. For $65.00 + s/h it's worth the peace of mind to have these on hand in case your current relays should fail.
