With this adaptor and a Tial recirculating BOV are the only things needed to replace the stock BOV?

I run an ETS intake and ETS LICP which relocated the stock BOV up front.
I have purchased a TialQR.
I was wondering if I put your adapter piece together with the TialQR.... if I can just plug it into the hose that connect to the LICP bend?
